    With a career more than 10 years in the Information Technology industry, Justin

      continually evolves the management, development and the delivery of a wide variety

        of web based solutions for clients.

           Justin now leads Avaldè team in everything from animation in Flash and Silverlight

             to AJAX and the latest in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). Together with a hands-on

               knowledge of a backend databases and server technologies, Justin provides the experience

                 for leading the development of end-to-end web solutions.

                     Justin’s skills were previously engaged HYRO   Brainwaave Interactive Pty Ltd, where

                      he lead his team delivering websites and services for Canon Australia / Canon New Zealand,

                        Lion Nathan Australia, Macquarie Goodman, the Popstars website, Australian Institute of

                          Company Directories website, RPM Motorsports, Beyond Online, Beyond Vision, Australian

                            Film Commission and New Zealand Film Commission websites.
